This is pretty mild in flavor. It’s okay that it is, though. I didn’t want anything heavy to go with Thai and until I get some jasmine pearls or stop by Shang to pick up some of his jasmine white, this is what I got. This may have suffered from being pretty old as well, though I did keep it in the original tin, in the foil liner, in a dark cupboard… under lock and key with a guard tiger… But it is probably at least 3 years old. And I truthfully don’t remember what I thought about it when it was fresher. At any rate, this is one globe from a sipdown and I probably won’t replace it. Mainly because I have to drink way too much of it to justify using a whole globe. :)
