This tea just completely floors me, makes my day :D I made it stove top today, simmered 5 minutes, strained, and then added in some honey (probably 2 tsps) and 1/3 cup of milk, and brought to a simmer again. The result is AMAZINGGG (insert Archer reference here haha). I burned my tongue on the first sip in my haste to try the wonderful concoction, but now that it is cooling, man oh man, rich, bold, sweet potatoes, honey, spice, ginger, and most of all, YU LU YAN CHA. Such a wonderful black tea!! Ah. This is just so good. I just facebooked Verdant thanking them for such a wonderful blend, and that I hope it becomes available on the site! It’s just so darn bold and flavorful and perfectly melded. Yes, I think this is my favorite chai, even more than the village chai. I have decided. I don’t want to run out of this tea! See previous notes for Western brewing :) oh and increasing rating.
I know! PLEASE SELL THIS TEA!
Yep, I need more of this!!
