Very interesting blend of earthy and sweet. I had it hot and it was nice and minty-fresh, but imagine that it could be really nice brewed cold on a hot day. The only thing I like better than this is brewing mint tea with fresh peppermint leaves – this was a close second and I could taste how high-quality it was.
