This reminds me of a lemon cookie (I sweeten all my teas…can’t stand unsweetened teas). The lemon is definitely there, but so is this cookie-ish taste, that must be like the buttermilk. It isn’t overly sweet (even with the addition of sweetener)…just this aftertaste like a lemon biscuit. I really like it. This was from Miss B’s mystery package. I might get this one separately. This is probably the shortest I have ever steeped a black tea, and it seemed to have worked well.
