A nice, light cup of tea. I like the lightness of it. I’m tasting the orange, but also a lot of other stuff. I don’t typically like green, but this is one is not screaming GREEN at me. I’ve been to Toronto several times (having grown up in Rochester, NY)…so I don’t know why this would be like a Toronto Night, unless I’m missing some pop culture reference. ;)

My steeping time of 3 minutes is almost a personal shortest time for me…but I think it would have been too heavy with a longer steep time.
