On a whim, I sprinkled just a little bit of this on a bowl of Caribbean Coconut gelato (Talenti brand). Wow! So far it’s the best pairing I’ve found for this flavor (I haven’t experimented with it much on chicken & fish like I should.) I bet it would be good on vanilla ice cream, tropical flavored gelatos or sorbets, etc. too!
