The medium light body’s flavor has a unique and delicious meatiness of roasted eggplant, with notes of steamed bok choy, similar to its aroma, and a vegetal sweetness of spring grass. This is one of China’s best and most highly acclaimed green teas, as well as a staff favorite for the afternoon.
