Well with the first day of spring less than a week away and a fresh 30cm of snow outside it seems time to ditch the spring collection and settle back into a warm chocolate chili chai latte.
Having this one as a latte really tones down what chili there is, but there’s still a slight note of it in there, becoming stronger as it cools. Most prominent, however, is the chocolate. I don’t really taste the black tea in this too much.
All in all this goes excellent with a breakfast of chocolate cake as I watch the neighbors try to dig out their barely visible cars. I’ve still got the majority of my 100g of this from Christmas and if the weather keeps up I might finally be able to make a fair dent in it.
