Another winning cup. This blend won’t let me down! I should buy this by the pound so I always have it on hand!

A mild Irish Breakfast, compared to some I have had. Not as spicy as others I have tried. Steeping with a lower temperature also helps to reduce the bitterness.

Always excellent. I haven’t yet had a bad cup of this.

Slightly smoky, mellow and round. Excellent with a splash of milk. Chasing away the cloudy skies with this one.

Prepared with my usual method, but turned out ridiculously bitter this morning. I poured it down the sink (which I almost never do). Not sure what happened here. Leaving my rating the same since it usually is pretty good.

Takes a bit more effort than a black tea to make properly, but the few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the world is worth it. An excellent sencha, mild astringency, grassy sensation. Prepared with a kyusu to bring out the best flavor. An amazing tea at a very reasonable price. This is never out of stock in my house.

Turned out a little bitter this morning. Perhaps a bit more dust than usual escaped through the strainer and has been sitting in the cup?
