Dashboard frozen?

Got a bunch of notifications at once but dashboard froze again almost immediately after.

How were you able to tell the dashboard was frozen again? Looks okay to me now, but maybe I missed it?

I know when I see in all the notes from the “browse” section posts from people I follow, but those posts won’t show on my own dashboard. The last note I saw was from several hours ago. Also, when I post a note and it won’t show in my own dashboard, I know it’s frozen. People told me they were experiencing the same problem. But it all came back just a few minutes ago, so thank you :-)

The best place to check is the explore page. Usually there’s enough activity that it should be within the last 10 mins. If it’s more than a couple hours, that’s usually a good way to tell it’s frozen.

I think so. I’ve not been getting emails when I know things have been posted. Maybe some maintenance is going on.

I don’t think it’s just the dashboard, Explore isn’t showing me anything newer than 45 minutes either. Hm!

Sigh… It would be nice to pin that thread also so we don’t have to retreive it each time. Just a suggestion.

Yes, for a while. My PM thing doesn’t seem to be working either.

Frozen for me…last activity was 5 hours ago for Explore.

Yeah, it’s frustrating. This is the time of day when I have time to catch up and there’s nothing to catch up on.

There should be some type of monitoring, especially evenings….i mean other than Jason since he can’t be around 24/7. But two full evenings in a row without being able to use the site is really annoying!

That is the only reasonable response to this infernal infestation. It does no good to get infuriated. It is useless to try to understand why they would waste their time raining on our parade.

In short, they are here for no good reason, so relax and enjoy the beauty that is tea. :)

I’m looking at yixing and teas. Next best thing to drinking tea is shopping for it!
