I’d make the Art of Tea’s Halo cause it’s one of the yummy new teas I’d want to try first I would have won.

I’d try the White Peony if I were to win this terrific contest.

I would would brew some of the Wuyi Great Red Robe, Jade Oolong in the Sorapot first thing.

I think I’d make the matcha first, so I’d have an excuse to get hands-on with that lovely matcha set. :)

I don’t usually boggle at contest prizes but whoa! I would first brew up some of that amazing looking matcha in honor of my college ceramics professor. He taught me how to make and love teapots. I have fond memories of huddling near the warm kiln with clay-covered friends and drinking the matcha he would make (from sets we fired, of course).

This is by far one of the best prizes!!! I’ll start with a green from Earthbound then move on to an Oolong from Pearl, then end using Maeda-en’s matcha set.
