What an exciting contest! =D If I were to win, I would make apricot ceylon tea. =)

I’d go straight for the Maeda-en matcha, I think, since I’ve never actually tried that before and I’m very curious about it! Golden Moon Tea’s Coconut Pouchong would be second up, though – it sounds so yummy.

This is an incredible contest. Huge congrats to whoever wins this. I would definitely try the shiki matcha since I love matcha but have never made matcha the right way. :)

What do you mean you’ve never made it the “right” way? I didn’t think there was a wrong way.

Great contest. I’d love to get that matcha set, let alone Roth’s teapot. Sign me up!

Awesome contest. First thing I’d do if I won would be to dive into that Matcha Set.

Thanks Steepster, love the site.

The first tea I would grace that teapot with is either Paris or Palm Court by Harney & Sons, followed by perhaps one of their Earl Grays or a Scottish Breakfast. It would be fascinating to watch sencha expand in that teapot as well.

Oh you sexy Steepster beasts. I was looking over the prizes again and I saw that you included the GM Sampler Set that I’ve been peddling like a used car salesman to anyone that would bother to listen. Jason, Jack, and Mike, you are bad, bad men. And I mean that as an awesome compliment.

Amazing offerings!! I have not tried tea from the Art of Tea yet. I think I would try their Iron Goddess of Mercy first. It would be so much fun to plan out tastings of the ultimate prize!

Two words: Golden Monkey. Been on a Yunnan/Chinese Black tea bender for weeks.

And while I have tasted Matcha, I’ve never made my own…and that would be pretty dreamy.

My 1st matcha experience was in a cafe, it’s so much fun to prepare it myself! I’m having fun flavoring it.:)
