Wow! This is really an incredible prize! Thank you Steepster!
If I were to win, the 1st thing I would do is try the Golden Monkey from ‘Pearl Fine Teas’ followed by the matcha from Maeda-en.
Oh, that matcha set looks lovely — I adore Maeda-en’s teas for their ability to be both delicious and budget-friendly, but I’ve never had their matcha before, so that would be first on my list. I’d have to invite friends over to help me finish off the rest of the prize, but I’ve a feeling that there’d be no shortage of people banging down my door to have access to the tea. Weekend tea parties for months!
Many, many thanks to Steepster and the participating sponsors for providing such a wonderful and downright tempting holiday contest!
Steepster’s Ultimate Holiday Tea Contest!
I would make a pot of Harney’s Paris tea.
This is TOTALLY the ultimate prize. I imagine that in heaven I will be surrounded by tea prizes like this one! The Sora Pot is the most beautiful teapot I’ve seen!
The first tea I would try is…… oh blast I can’t decide! I would probably smell them all for ages before choosing one. mmmmmmmm
the first tea I’d make with @joeyroth’s Sorapot is my Jipin grade Ti Kuan Yin that I save for celebrations. I would never make an ordinary tea in such a beautiful piece of art!
I’m soooo looking forward to this. Even if I don’t get pulled for this pot I’d really like to check it out sometime as well as some of the teas included. If I won I’d definitely make some of Republic of Tea’s Silver Needles.
Thanks for the awesome video and chance to win guys!
If I won the context the first tea I’ll brew is the Wuyi Great Read Robe.
I’ve never won one of these contest; the godess of randomness must hate me, or she was waiting for this contest to happen :D
If I won the first tea I’d brew would be Earl Grey Bravo.
I’ve been wanting to buy some Paris tea from Sympathy for the Kettle for literally years. If I won, I’d finally buy some and make it first. There’s black currant, vanilla and bergamot in it, perfect for the lilac glowy moods I get in when it’s freezing outside and toasty inside. I would write a letter to my pen pal in Quebec while it steeped and tell her all about it, too.
What a perfect package for a Chicago winter. I would try the Kashmiri Chai first because I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect chai, preferably something nice and spicy.
Great contest, hope this stirs up a lot of interest in the Sorapot! First thing I’d brew up is some Jasmine Dragon Pearls from the Ultimate Tea Sampler Set.
