Teavana

Great taste, easy to brew, too much particles but might be this brand. Don’t really need more than a spoon. The leaves unroll and expand a lot.

Little bit fishy, little grassy but good.

Excellent blended with a regular Masala Chai. The result wasn’t as robust as Samurai alone, but a more subtle take on its regular flavors. This blend is better less sweet than I would take Masala alone.

Lighter than I thought it would be, and very refreshing. I’m going to try to mix this one with some things later.

Drank it iced for the hot afternoon.

The girl the Teavana store brews it way too hot. I still like the smell though.

I use this when I make shakes and ice cream more often than not.

This tea has a funky smell but taste great.

Mostly Papaya today – but can smell the pineapple – sugary-sweet…

I’m soooo tasting the pineapple, papaya, and mango today…not much else. Still ok.

After revisiting this one after some time I have found the perfect steep and amount of loose leaf! YAY! Now that I know how long and how much I think this will be an enjoyable cuppa. There is a lot going on here with this blend but it’s fun and smells great! It’s still fairly fruity and a tad tart but not too bad if you don’t oversteep.

Smells great. Creative Blend. BUT…I over-steeped. NOT Good Over-steeped. The More you steep it the more sweet it gets. Funky Aftertaste. I’m not going to give it a thumbs down YET because I am going to try and steep less in time and amount and see how that goes.

Same as last night, still not “sweet” as much as bitter, so I’ll steep really briefly next time.

This green tea actually brews to be more sour than sweet, but the right small amount of sugar defuses the sourness and leaves a somewhat light cherry flavor. I am excited to try to make a sweet iced tea with this though!
