Teavana

I enjoy the mild mango/nectarine-y notes! It’s light and fruity without being sour at all. I never got to try this one when Teavana was open, so I was happy to find these bags at Target. I might buy more because this flavor really works for me!

Tried this one when walking past a Teavana store in Arizona. It was one of the teas available for tasting. Liked quita a lot, ended up getting some to take home. Yeah, I was baited. Nevertheless, lovely fruity blend, very energetic and satisfying.

There are many teas I wouldn’t try if I don’t have you guys around. So many American (and Canadian of course!) blends, brands and whatever else related to tea… This one is from Kaylee, so thank you!

I wanted something simple and if possible tasty enough. And although morning was -3°C, in the afternoon was warm with typical spring temperatures and above (13°C in shadow).

This tea is fine. Nothing extraordinary, but fine enough to drink. Rerfreshing citrus (leans more towards lemongrass) and jasmine was fine. Similar to Oriental Jasmine tried yesterday. Again, I had better jasmine teas, but considering this is classical tea bag, it’s fine enough. A loose leaf version would be lovely I believe.

Candy tea. Might be better as an iced tea. Bold fruit forward flavor.

Has after notes of apple. My favorite by far and miss it! Drinking the last of it now. Added a couple pieces of German rock sugar.

Almost the perfect tea brewer! Very easy to use and a godsend for brewing that first cup of tea in the morning. Only notes are that I haven’t found the best way to clean this yet. I usually just toss it in the dishwasher and give it an extra rinse when it comes out, but sometimes I still get lingering notes of the previous tea (I’m looking at you Earl Grey).

Homemade Advent Calendar from Arby: Day 14

Cold-brewed overnight and sipped as my afternoon beverage. This is pretty good cold — nice and juicy, with strong notes of pineapple and apple. I could do without the sugary sweetness from the candied mango, but that’s a minor complaint.

I recently found this tea where it had been forgotten for some time; fortunately it was in a Teavana zippered pouch. I’m drinking it as I write. It’s light, vegetal, grassy, and very refined. Even though it’s a few years old, it has held up well. And no artificial or “natural” flavorings in this one; just pure green tea. Lovely.

A strong, and yes a little creamy earl grey.
I do not steep it long as I use no milk or sugar to cut it.

The Relaxation Blend is my everything! It’s so soothing, light, and most of all delicious! I really enjoy the lightness of this tea. Since it’s a blend, I love how all the flavors come together when drinking it. All of the flavors go so well together. The lavender, the peach, and the jasmine, simply perfect. I make mine in my Teavana perfect tea maker electric kettle with some rock sugar. Such a treat.

My favorite Teavana tea of all time. Very pleasant lavender flavor without the caffeine buzz. Amazing tea to drink at night…or any time of the day honestly. I really love that it’s a white tea. There’s just something so magical about white tea. I enjoy the light body of the tea but still comes through with a pleasant flavor. I especially love the lavender dreams tea as part of their relaxation blend along with dragon phoenix jasmine pearls green tea and peach tranquility herbal infusion. That’s happiness in a cup! Lavender dreams alone is simply amazing! I recommend it to all lavender tea lovers.

Flavor was mild and the spices in the pumpkin spice mix are sharper than I like. There wasn’t enough sweetness for a “brulee”. Adding honey did not improve it.

This was a great tea. I love Chai Tea but this had a little different spice and a level of smoothness that was different. I was sad to see it was limited, I would love to see this again.

I decided to have this one last night. I am still struggling with the fatigue but I am forcing myself to stick it out all day at work this week because my counterpart is on planned PTO. At first I was going to make a black tea to stay awake, but then I thought “Why? If I want to go to bed at 6:30 pm, I can!” So I reached for an herbal tea.

I need to drink down more tea so I can excuse buying more. Something about cold rainy days makes me want to shop for tea. This isn’t a favorite, but I’ll be darned if I will throw it away. The flavor it so mild it is almost non existent for someone without a sense of smell. I wonder what would happen if I added a bit of a chai blend to it? Hmm… maybe I will try that soon.

I had this one last night. It really was very light on flavor. I did get a mild burn at the end of the sip from the ginger. My nose is completely clogged these days. It rained all day yesterday and it is supposed to rain all day today. I want real fall. You know, sweatshirt weather. Deep blue skies, air temps of 62, and a light breeze. Instead we have humid days in the low 80s and rain. Ugh. Here in North Dakota we have 4.5 months of summer, 5 months of winter, and then fall and spring get a few weeks each.

Steepster isn’t posting reviews right now, so maybe this one will never post, If it does, I will say this tea is nice, but not spectacular and certainly not something I would try to find more of.

I had this tea last night. Yesterday was a hot one, but for some reason I felt a bit cool so decided to make a cup of hot tea before bed. I’d picked this one up at a clearance store for cheap. I like ginger and I like lemon so I figured it would be good.

It wasn’t bad. I’m not a fan of chamomile, and that was the prominent flavor here. I didn’t get any citrus, and the ginger was a very mild burn at the end of the sip. Now, remember I do not have a sense of smell, so it is possible I am simply missing flavors others would pick up. Also, since this is from a discount clearance store, who knows how old it is. The flavors may have faded.

There are eleven bags left. I think over the winter I will have no trouble finishing it. I would not buy it again. But 12 bags of tea for $1.99 is not a bad deal so I’m glad I picked it up.

My go-to tea when I go to Starbucks! I usually get some type of fancy hot or cold coffee drink but occasionally when I’m not in the mood for a racing heart and the jitters, I get this! It’s calming and soothes my soul. It’s mild and smooth and bright and I love sipping it while chatting with my friends. Has a pleasant after-taste and doesn’t leave a muddy mouth-feel like some cheap mint teas I’ve tried in the past.
I really can’t detect any lemon but I do recognize a hint of “something” mingling with the mint.
As long as Starbucks continues to carry this, it will always be my first tea-pick from their menu.

This is my all time favorite teavana tea!!!!!! With roobios and lots of cardimon and clove and a sweet caramel flavor (kind of a maple syrup flavor) this is my all time favorite tea!!!!

This is the other tea that I used my hotel “destination fee” on. It’s… adequate? I wouldn’t reach for it, but it’s not objectionable. It’s very citrusy. The jasmine could be better, but I’ve had worse. Just all very… meh.
