This tea is easily one of my favorites. It’s a good caffeine-free pick-me-up for any time of the day. Foxtrot is a real treat for the senses: the flavors play off of each other very well, the smell is great, and it looks spectacular in the tin and while steeping.
This ceylon is a bit on the lighter side of sode of the ceylon’s I’ve had but is a winner nevertheless. I love that it is simplistic, refreshing and caffeinated…exactly what i’m looking for on a rainy morning like today to get motivated.
Preparation
had this this morning for breakfast before my test. I do like this tea a whole lot as a morning tea or dreary afternoon tea. Good malty taste NOT BITTER! there is a difference between malty and bitter and you really should not have a bitter tea if you brew it right. anywho, I like this far more than earl grey bravo. And this morning I tried it with a dab of milk and a dab of honey as apposed to suger it was tasty.
I like this tea iced. Hot it might be good if I were to have a sore throat or something just when its hot the citrus flavor is just WAY too strong for a more than once in a while tea. Iced it’s wonderful though cause that citrus flavor kinda mellows out and it ends up tasting sweet.
