Backlogging. Last Tuesday mid-afternoon.
Homestead Creamery makes non-homogenized milk and liquid dairy products in glass jars that can be returned for $1-2 that we buy occasionally at the Earth Fare (our regional organic/natural grocery). We usually buy raw milk from the farmer’s market. But I digress. When we saw Homestead Creamery lemonade priced quite cheaply compared to their dairy, we had to try it. It was good, but not too lemony, tart, or sweet. I knew it would make a good Strawberry Matcha lemonade and it did! I could taste the matcha, the strawberry, and the lemonade. Indeed, I’m afraid with the heat here lately that this will be how the remainder of the Strawberry Matcha is drank.
1 cup lemonade. 1 tsp matcha.
this sounds yummy
raw milk…scary but worth it. :)
Yeah, I was scared of it for months after the husband first started buying it. I’d try small sips of it or use it in coffee if we were out of half and half. But it took me forever to start using it in smoothies and on cereal sometimes (I usually use soy milk instead of normal milk).
