I’m sure glad I bought this one before it was sold out. I am quite impressed at the number of freeze-dried fruits that has made it into this blend. The strawberry, peach, banana, orange all come off strongly. I don’t know if I can distinctly taste the grape or apple, but I find the entire combination goes very well together.
I had this hot and found it didn’t over steep even though I had the teabag in for over an hour (always a huge bonus for those forgetful folks). I imagine this would be spectacular iced, as well. The green rooibos is a good base, and it almost gives it a floral after taste (could be the peach?). Anyway, this is delicious, indestructible, and can’t make a bad cup. As usual, 52Teas makes a really flavourful herbal blend that doesn’t contain noxious stevia, hibiscus, licorice root, or rose hip (hint hint every other company! ).
Flavors: Floral, Fruity, Orange, Peach, Stonefruit, Strawberry, Sweet Potatoes

I’m not a fan of stevia, hibiscus or rose hip, so those are ingredients I probably won’t use (I say probably because never say never, you know?) but I like licorice root so occasionally, I’ll use it but only when I’m featuring either Anise or Licorice as a primary flavor profile for the blend. :)
And that’s exactly how it should be. Used in moderation, tastefully, into a blend that you as the blender would drink. Keep up the good work.
Hey, I like noxious stevia, hibiscus, licorice root, and rose hip. sad face I swear Steepster makes me feel like an ogre for being the only person on the planet that likes these ingredients! (And I can’t stand banana, which is in this particular blend. ;-)
I don’t think you’re an ogre for liking those ingredients – a lot of people do. I’m just not one of them. I blend according to what I will find appealing so that’s why I don’t use those ingredients – and with the number of blends and the variety, it’s my hope that people will find something appealing to them. :)
It’s more that everyone on my friends list on Steepster appear to not like those ingredients (I read all the tasting notes that come through my Dashboard) so I see a whole lot of “eww hibiscus” posts, and in turn, feel like the odd duck out for reviewing teas I know are going to be unpopular with everyone else. Simply a case of feeling like that one person that doesn’t belong for having the unpopular opinion, not a comment of what I believe should or shouldn’t be in a tea blend. I drink and enjoy plenty of teas that don’t have those ingredients, too. I just feel sorry for the poor flower sometimes for how universally disliked it seems to be around here (and am convinced I must have some abnormal tastebuds that I appear to be in the minority).
Mastress Alita, I think you should friend me because I LOVE hibiscus and rosehips. (Though I’ll take a pass on stevia and liquorice root.)
Mastress Alita, I’m with you and Evol Ving Ness for the love of hibiscus and rosehips. There’s nothing like iced hibiscus in the summer! You’re not alone :)
I don’t like stevia myself but I know there are a few fans on here too. There’s also a cult of Licorice root drifting around here somewhere too.

Also, did you know that hibiscus brings down blood pressure? Good to know.
