drank Mandarin Mimosa by Teavana
308 tasting notes

I stopped by the Teavana store in the Houston Galleria and got this as an iced tea to go (sweetened) right before I stepped out of the wonderfully air-conditioned mall and into horrendously hot and oppressively muggy weather. I’ve got to say that I was a bit underwhelmed, and I think it’s because I’m so used to steeping my herbal teas for a minimum of 30 minutes. It had nice flavor, but it was so light and so weak despite using what looked like at least 1/2 cup of the tea (no wonder they’re so pricey!). It tasted like a watered down version of the juice in a of can mandarin oranges. Needless to say, I’ll just be stocking up on this tea when I place my next Teavana order (with a coupon code because it’s so spendy!) and steep the hell out of it in the air-conditioned comfort of my own home.
