45 Tasting Notes
I have just brewed a cup of the tea and I must say its smell and taste are not very strong. I can slightly smell the blueberry and I’m not sure I taste any blueberries in this tea. I put a blueberry honey in it and it tastes a little better. It’s not a bad tea, just not very strong.
I really enjoy this tea, especially now that it’s getting cold outside. I purchased only one tin of this, and now I’m regretting that I didn’t buy a refill to get me through the winter since they are discontinued from their website.
I like that this tea has a nice pumpkin spice taste to it, but not too overpowering. It really makes for a great winter/fall tea. I haven’t tried it cold yet (says on the container tastes great cold), but I just can’t see this being a tea I’d even want to try cold because it’s so good hot.
This tea has a really nice taste. I was afraid the cherry would be too overpowering, but it’s not. I like that you can still taste the almond in the tea. I tried this tea both hot and cold and it was very good both ways. The nutty taste comes through a little more when it’s cold, but it’s still good. I do think it tastes better hot though.
Okay, so this tea smelled amazing when I first opened the package…and still does. But, with such a great smell I would think it would taste just as good if not better. The tea is very good, but not what I expected. I followed the directions for steeping time and the water to tea ratio and it was very bland. I put honey in it and it was fine, but I believe it should have been naturally good.
