“Ooh” I thought, when I opened the little sample pouch. “This smells so sweet! Almost like marzipan. Good, I love marzipan.”
So I brewed it up in a state of good cheer, waiting eagerly for the marzipan almond glory to hit my tastebuds.
Wait, what happened? This turned into a painfully watery, vaguely green tasting beverage, with the hint of something that tasted like cheap almond oil floating in the background.
Drat. After the relative success of Toasted Walnut, I had hopes for this, but now I’m just glad its a sipdown.
