299 Tasting Notes
Had this tea last night while watching Elementary (LOVE IT SO SO SO MUCH) and mostly remembered to drink the whole thing but a little bit got lukewarmish – noticed the coconut is really present when it cools down! (Bonus?? Iced??)
I napped SO MUCH yesterday and slept in until almost noon today, I hope I am on the mend. :/
Huh, it’s funny looking at the rating & yeah, enjoying the heck out of that tea last night, how I never remember I really like this one. I read the name/look at the pouch and think, ehhhh. But OBVIOUSLY I really like it. Don’t like the name, though. It is now called FRUITY COCONUT.
Haha. Re-naming it is a good idea! I’d probably go with Almond Coco Blast, or Mountain Marzipan. I love the coconut but I’m super aware of the almonds.

Then I made some of this tea when I thought I was probably past the worst of it and FELL ASLEEP WHILE IT WAS BREWING which is UNCOOL, as it is my favourite. :/ I hate being sick.
Awww… :( Do you use your microwave timer when you’re brewing? Maybe that would wake you up?

I don’t think J and I are doing Xmas presents this year, so I’m tempted to buy a tin of this for myself and wrap that up.:)
Well, if my phone is near to hand I’ll use that timer, but a lot lately I’ve just been winging it. :/ Space case.

:( I am too. That’s why I HAVE to use the microwave timer. It’s easier than setting my phone at least: #lazy #OrOCD?
(My Xmas plan may include one of DavidsTea perfect mugs – I want a big mug and my old steeping basket sometimes opens up as I’m lifting it out of the tea, ruining everything!)
We don’t have a microwave and I can’t figure out how to make the stove clock fall back, so let’s not even go there :P :P :P My phone IS really easy though.

When dry, it smells exactly like egg nog! Then mostly cloves/black tea after steeping. Sadness. Yummy though; I like it with a bit of sugar.
Awww. I hate those teaser teas. That’s (part of) why I don’t buy tea from DavidsTea purely based on how it smells.
It kinda worked out because I don’t really like egg nog? So it took me a while to figure out the smell aside from “sweet” and “disturbing” hehehe but it’s pretty good! Having a mocha rn, tsk tsk! Kelly bought me a box of those Starbux Via packets.
