299 Tasting Notes
This smells like fucked up cake your aunt makes that has jujubes in it. Or your mother in law, maybe? Probably. Anyway, it’s super good. The first sip I was like GINGERBREAD that is different enough from actual gingerbread for me to like it! \o/
Kelly and I had a whole pot of this. YUM.

As soon as I stepped into the kitchen where this was steeping, BAM!!! Oh man, this smells so good. It’s minty more than anything, like plastic-coated candy canes at Xmas in all the best nostalgic ways. :P I really really really like this tea.

I was unconvinced with the description, unconvinced with the look (floaty bits that take a few to dissolve), unconvinced…. BUT. SO GOOD. I usually hate banana things, but this is very (very) good.

This is weird. I don’t know if I like it. The description sounded amazing but it kinda tastes like grassy watered down kool-aid. That being said, I’d drink it again. What is wrong with me. Maybe I just really like grassy watered down kool-aid, what’s it to you. (It was an extra that came with my order.)
It’d probably be really good iced in the summer, too.

Crazy! It’s a mate blend? I haven’t much of those but when I used to drink Chocolate Rocket it made me jumpy – so much caffeine! Looking at the ingredients I can see why you think it tastes look Kool-Aid! :P Maybe if you steeped it longer? They suggest 4-7 min, which is quite a range, but maybe the mate would kick your butt at the strength.
Iced probably would be great!

Oh yeah, yeah, Mate – which I have never had before, actually. But “Tang” comes up a LOT in the reviews page hehehe so I was not far off with that Kool-Aid XP

Good and hot with milk and sugar. And nutella cookies! I made this tea JUST in time for my new tea order to arrive! :P
But then my possibly parasite-ridden kitten licked it, so I don’t feel bad about throwing it out now.

Boo. I thought it was good when they gave it to me in the store but was underwhelmed later on. At least the others are hits.
Maybe cream/soymilk would make it better?
I think that’d just wash it out even more :s I’ll have no problem finishing but yeah, it’s not going on the shopping list :P
