With maple whipped cream, because I made some yesterday for my coffee and why not.
They’re going more construction on the building again today – it’s a holiday. Spraying noxious chemicals outside my kitchen door, and drilling into the supports under my living room floor. I have a very tiny apartment, so there is no where else to go.
Fun times.

At this point, the place is a joke. :/ Spent the day online looking for apartments, but everything is so expensive.
Aww I hear you, rent went up so freakishly much here, it’s nearly impossible to live comfortably solo unless you have a very well-paying job, which is next to impossible to get right now. Sigh.
My new/current job (same pay rate really!) pays so much better than the ones in my field, too. Ugh, academia.
