I enjoyed this tea, the currant added something different to the Earl and vanilla and was a great anytime of day tea for me. At first I was only adding a teaspoon until I realized it was better and adding a heaping teaspoon. Thank you EvaGrimm

I drank this sample awhile ago and enjoyed so much that I made sure to include it in my Kickstarter order. It seemed a little unique for chai’s I normally drink but I could not figure out what it was, maybe when I get more I can pin point it.

Thank you MissB for including this in my mystery pack I received months ago. It smelled so good and from the ingredients I knew I would have to save it and try it iced. I’ve noticed lately that I sometimes enjoy currant in tea especially cold and cinnamon adds something different to berry teas but I’m not sure what I think about pepper and berry together yet. This was a nice berry tea that I cold brewed and forgot I had it in the fridge so it was a nice surprise when I came home to find it waiting for me to drink.

I drank this sample a few weeks ago but i was to busy to make a note. I was worried about trying this one because I thought it might taste like a spiced orange jelly bean. Luckily for me I don’t think it does. It was a nice cinnamon spice with a light orange taste. Thinking back on it, I kind wish I added some to my Kickstarter order.

I’m so glad I got a chance to try this tea. I have been curious about this one for awhile. It tasted very similar to birthday cake but flatter and with black tea. I almost always prefer black tea over others so I’m surprised how much I prefer birthday cake over this.

Initially I liked both but overtime I found this one too oily. As for Birthday Cake, I lost interest for a while but now that I have tried it cold brewed, there is no going back.

Thank you so much MissB for including this in my mystery bag. I have enjoyed it very much even when I first over steeped it and it reminded me of bitter coffee. When I don’t make that mistake it tastes like sweet cherries and tea. I think it helps that I have never tried the caffeinated version because part of my association with a tea is the caffeine kick. I don’t think I will ever find a decaf Earl Grey that I like because the caffeine is part of the appeal

MissB

Happy to hear you liked this one. :)

I enjoyed this tea while it lasted. It tasted very similar to the holiday cinnamon star cookies and I only know this because I found a package at 90% at World Market while I patently waited for my package to come in January. I only purchased the cookies because it looked like the picture DAVIDs had on their website. I even attempted to make some but I gave up after my meringue did not work after multiple attempts trying to make it in nontraditional ways.

I was saving the last of this to try as an iced latte being that it is similar to a chai. Still good but it did not hold up as well it taste better hot. My husband and son also liked it.

Thanks VariaTEA I would have missed out on this one because by the time I was interested it was already on “web special” and I did not want 250g.

I feel I have lost part of my identity.
I was addicted to coffee until I got sick Dec 1 2013 and since then I have had 3 6 cups of coffee(I lost count but it’s not everyday and I don’t enjoy it like I once did). Now all I can think about is tea. I do not know if this is a phase or not but I’m enjoying it.

I’m having fun trying dessert teas right now. It has helped me eat less without even trying and I have lost a few unwanted pounds which surprised me during this past holiday season.

I love Earl Grey, Earl Grey Cream, Vanilla black teas. I like straight blacks I just don’t know how to describe them yet. I have a hard enough time describing flavored teas.

Please don’t pay attention to my notes, my taste changes all the time and sometimes if I only try something once I don’t always get the opportunity for it to grow on me or understand it better.

I love everyone here :)

I’m a stay at home mom/wife most of the time and work part-time at a local coffee shop.

I’m looking into knitting just so I can make cozy for my Timolino.
