345 Tasting Notes
Good News: My son loves it hot or iced and I adore the second steep where I don’t normally taste the chocolate just fluffy marshmallow and sweet mint, yum.
I don’t know what is wrong with me but I don’t generally like chocolate flavored tea. I thought this one would be different for me but it’s not. I am happy I found away to enjoy it.

Numi Pettit flower: there was a picture guide to help tell them apart but none of them had the shape I was looking for but two had the color combination I was looking for.
After adding the water it was fun to watch it bloom to find a little reddish flower thing in the middle. After comparing the bloomed flower with the choices, I think I picked Dragon Lily. After reading what Dragon Lily tasted like “sweet apricot” I think I can taste apricot but I mostly smell and taste over cooked vegetables. Not sure what I picked but it was fun to try.
It’s almost Fall !!!!!!
I love pumpkin anything and would eat pumpkin things year round. Last Fall I over did it and bought almost everything with the word pumpkin including the “pumpkin spice” that can trick you into thinking it is pumpkin flavor if you don’t pay attention. This was one of them; I bought 2+ boxes last year before I even called myself a tea drinker. By the time Thanksgiving came I did not want pumpkin pie and still have not.This cup smells like Fall and makes me happy but the taste is um, I don’t know like hot water and spices. I remember it having more of a pumpkin pie flavor last year; I think I added brown sugar left the tea bag in much longer and added milk last time.
Preparation
I originally bought this to put in a TTB because it was on someone’s wishlist. Around the time I was bagging it up I had made arrangements to include this in a swap. After bagging one up I dropped the rest of bag on the floor. Not sure if it would be worth buying more of I pinched some off the top of the pile on the floor and tried it. It was so good iced, cheap and I get free shipping, I decided it was worth buying more.
This has been one of my favorite teas to occasionally drink iced this summer and I will get more for the next. Sweet jasmine and black tea
The smell of this tea tricks me into thinking its super sweet but at a 3 minute steep it’s like bitter coffee. So I add cream to the “cream” tea and I can drink it but that just does not seem right. I have enjoyed it a few times but I don’t remember how I prepared it. Happy to have tried it and happy it is gone.
Preparation
I was so excited when I saw this because I love peppermint. My husband thinks it tasted like drinking iced tea with an Altoid in your mouth. I can see where he gets that, it does have a nice cool mouth feel, but it reminded me more of peppermint extract. I’m hoping today was just an off day for me and plan on trying it again in the future.
When I first got this I tried it hot and did not like it much, tasted like over cooked cookies but iced was better because I prefer cookie dough over cookies. It remind me of store bought cookie dough. I hoarded this for to long, I finally finished it today and it is to old to mention anything great about it. oh-well I’m glad I got to try it after it was discontinued.
