I brewed the rest today as family tea, so SIPDOWN 80.
Honestly, brewing in larger pot was a key to this tea. It was steeped for intended 10 minutes, and it was wonderful.
It gets herbal tasting profile with floral note, mostly from the rose, but not overpowering the base herbal taste. I could notice the cinnamon, orange not that much. My family members thought it’s light black tea for some reason. I haven’t noticed any of those notes though, but I think it coulkd be that light florality there.
It calmed me a bit as well: Easter is coming and I would need to study all the holidays it seems. On Friday after I have my very first exam of term and it just popped up in calendar and no, I am not happy with it. At least, my thesis seems to be on good path, though it’s a bit hard to get proper — worth data. I really hope I will be better and better.
Shae, thank you I could give this tea a try! It is truly something unique and local… I have only a few teas from you left.
