A sipdown (4) brewed as a family tea.
Agastache foeniculum is probably a very interesting herb. The tea is thick, silky and bit oily. But as it isn’t a minty way too much, it’s good; as it is not a Mint only. Lemon balm isn’t much present a lemon twist too. But it’s a bit lemony for sure. And then there is Agastache foeniculum which makes me feel it a bit like anise. And honestly, I like that!Shame I ran out of this tea. A wonderful experience. Thank you Shae!

The agastache IS anise hyssop, so you definitely are on the mark with your tasting. I plant it to attract bees and hummingbirds.
