673 Tasting Notes
an awesome tea.
little glass pitcher method (grandpa style)
when I smell the leaves dry, they smell like sweet-grass.
when I smell the leaves wet, they smell more intense.
when I smell the brewed tea, it smells sweet like sweet grass.
when I taste the brewed tea, it tastes like sweet-grass
a note: you must use proper water temperature for this tea (most dragonwells don’t need it) or it will get bitter fast thus why I’m scoring a 95.
many thanks to angel tevivre for this amazing tea sample

Flavors: Asparagus, Sweet
Preparation
so i picked some of this tea from my backyard.
doesn’t smell or taste like much even though the leaves were already dry. but had a extremely minor peppermint taste, but seemed the taste is similar to sheng puehr steeped for 3-5 seconds
in the end its an ok tea, but i probably wont pick again unless i run out of tea
NOTE: steeped for 10 seconds as my native friend said to steep it very short
many thanks to Johnny for telling me of this tea. he knows a lot about native plants and native medicine :D

this tea did not need to rinse long and maybe not at all as i did not get the top quarter rinsed well with water but it still tasted awesome! :D
