Love the aroma of this tea! It is so nutty that it almost smells like peanut butter, but also with some hints of spice (coriander?) and a pleasant mild grassiness. The nuttiness is prominent in the taste as well, with some sweetness and a little bit of a grassy bite to make things more interesting. This might become an “everyday” tea for me!

Spring 2024: Ahh, so nice to have this back. Got a last YS order in for the year and hope the potential new tariff policies don’t screw things up too much, or it may be difficult to acquire YS teas down the road. Sadly, one way or another I know the second Trump admin will be a total trainwreck, like everything else he’s done. Just can’t predict what random types of damage will be caused. Well, at least I’ve got some good tea to get me through the first little while here. This nutty and mildly sweet green tea from YS is delicious, and at such a great price.
