This is my trusty tea next to me today at work. On the second steep — even with microwaved water (all I have access to) this is good. This tea reminds me of so many jasmien green teas I have loved — like an old friend! I am so happy to have this in my collection. See my previous note…

Needed a sweet morning cup to get back to work after the long weekend.
Today I was not paying as much attention to steeping time as I rushed out the door and I think I steeped this for 5 minutes+. I was afraid it would be super bitter. However, the taste was still yummy sweet. A LITTLE more astringent the other occasions when I drank this tea…not the tea’s fault though!

As an aside, the smell of this tea is so strong I have to store it in an airtight container + two ziplock bags to prevent the smell from invading my tea cabinet!

drank Caramel Creme Brulee by Tealuxe

I ordered this at the Harvard Square location of Tealuxe. I let the leaves steep 3-4 minutes. I had no control over temp but the water was darn hot! This was a GREAT cup of tea.

The smell was INCREDIBLE! As it was steeping I kept giving my cup a sniff. It was like French toast and creme brulee all in one. The taste was also great. Some caramel flavored teas end up being very chemical-y tasting. Not so with this one. The front of the sip was fully the creme brulee, then the caramel hit the tongue. At the end it was almost a maple taste. I really enjoyed this tea! Drinking it while walking around Harvard Square on a nose-red, but not too cold day made it all the better!

I ordered this today at the Harvard Square location of Peet’s. Sadly, I was disappointed. I had looked on Steepster and it had pretty good reviews but my cup was bitter and astringent to the point of not being drinkable. I only steeped the leaves 3-4 minutes. I looked into my little teapot that they use to serve the tea and I think that maybe there was too much tea…the store was busy and maybe the barista was not paying attention? My husband’s tea (Lapsung) was fine. He had maybe 1/2 the leaves in his teapot. I drank two sips and had to throw the rest out….I wish I could give this a better rating but for drinking as it was served was terrible…

Happy Holidays everyone! I love this pretty holiday tea. The candy pieces are so cute and the flavors are great.

Isn’t this tea just great?

I’d try it, but now I have to wait an entire year until next Christmas!

Like the many previous posters that Love this tea I too was surprised at how much I like it! For the most part I stay away from bagged teas, and if I am using a teabag it is generally the whole leaf tea sachet /pyramid type.

This is just like liquid happy!

The only negative thing I can say is that the green tea base basically imperceptible.

Got this on sale at Whole Foods.
It was 2/$4.00. Then the check out girl had a $1.00 coupon for me to use! What a nice holiday surprise to purchase this for $1.00!!

The green tea base is very soft. The whole tea has a soft mouthfeel. The Jasmine is very apparent in the dry leaves but is more muted in the cup. I really like floral teas that do not come off as exceedingly perfume-y.

Second steep was just as yummy as the first!

Picked this up as loose leaf at my local Whole Foods. This is a good, affordable cup. I looked at the two leaves and a bud webpage and am now curious about their other offerings. I paid $6.00 U.S. for 3.5 oz/ 100 g. — the only thing is the same product costs more on the tea company webpage! Usually I would think it would be the other way around.
