Steeped at 175 for 3 minutes and poured over ice!
I’m liking this cup! The ginger is there, but is mellow. I still don’t get the juicy orchards, but the tea in the background is really well balanced. There is something a little more in the immediate after sip, but I can’t put it into words. I think I’m going to become well acquainted with this tea as the weather heats up!
