This just got brewed in one large pot western style.When I buy loose ripe, unless it is something exceptional, it is to brew western style. This one is good for the price involved. I only paid $7.91 for 250g. Still it is an acceptable tea taste wise. It would probably be better gongfu style but I am in a bit of a hurry this morning. I may brew it again and put it in a thermos to take with me today.
I brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water.
