This tea was very cheap. So I wasn’t expecting very much from it. This is my second time drinking it. While it is no way spectacular it really isn’t bad. There is a prominent note of malt. A slightly lesser note of chocolate. And there is a bit, very minor, of a negative note, not sure how to describe it. Regardless, it’s good enough to drink when I need a quick cup in the morning.

I brewed this one time in a Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 200 degree water for 3 minutes.

Preparation
200 °F / 93 °C 3 min, 0 sec 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
