199 Tasting Notes
While this doesn’t have nearly as much flavor as the Blackberry Lime or the Killer Vanilla, it still tastes really good. Would I have guessed apricot without knowing? Probably not. But, I think the guayusa taste is super delicious and the little bit of fruitiness was nice, no matter what it was.
I’ve had this quite a few times but have somehow managed to never write a tasting note it seems! This is really delicious! I find myself craving it often because it has such a nice balance of bergamot and blueberry. The darjeeling is really nice, too. Yum! Perfect in the morning hours!
Flavors: Bergamot, Blueberry
My grandmother tried this on Christmas while I was baking cookies. I took a couple of sips and immediately kicked myself for not having taken advantage of the buy one (or two….I forget) get one free deal they had for this tea recently. It’s really lovely and much more successful than White Christmas in my opinion. I definitely get the apricot and hazelnut notes, along with some sort of vanilla creaminess that may also be a result of the nuttiness. Really good and super satisfying as either a dessert tea or a morning tea on a relaxing weekend.
Flavors: Apricot, Creamy, Hazelnut
I almost passed it up as well. When my order was delivered, I remember finding this in the box and thinking, “Oh, I actually got this one?? What is it again?” Now, I’m really really glad I did.
Wow! I have only had this cold-brewed so far, and I have to say I adore it that way! I can taste the creamy coconut and a touch of lemongrass, which is decidedly NOT lemon. It is really lovely. I should also note that I only used one bag for a quart of tea. So, although it’s weaker than others may like, I’m not left feeling like it’s missing something or like I’m just drinking water. Even the mouthfeel is changed. Yum! Definitely feels like a tea to enjoy with lunch!
Flavors: Coconut, Lemongrass

“Sunrise” is the perfect way to describe this tea! I was so not expecting what I got out of this cup. I thought there would be oranges or some citrus sort of thing. Instead there was this tangy (but not like hibiscus tart) sweet deliciousness! It was such a pleasant cup. I think I’ll be nabbing at least a couple more teaspoons of this before I pass it along!

Sometimes I try a tea that just makes me think I’m broken. I thought I was tasting something mango-like and didn’t at all associate it with rose until I read the description….what the heck? Those two things are soooo not the same. I don’t know what’s wrong with me sometimes. This was good, but not my favorite (of either mango or rose flavored blacks).

I’ve tried a few caramel apple teas this fall and haven’t been impressed with any of them until now. This actually left me feeling pretty satisfied! The sweetness was finally identifiable as caramel instead of just sweet apple and the apple wasn’t the tart green type I’ve found in others. It tasted like gala apple slices dipped in caramel sauce, while all the others have tasted much more like those fluorescently green lollipops you get around Halloween.
Flavors: Caramel, Red Apple

When I saw this on the list of teas in the TTB, I thought “I HAVE TO TRY THAT!!” I mean, who isn’t excited to try something called Spice White??? Then, as it was steeping, I thought “I’m so glad I’m trying this!!” Finally, after I took my first sip, I thought “I shouldn’t have tried this….”
Let me leave a disclaimer that strongly spiced citrus teas are about my least favorite teas…not that I can actually explain why. But, yeah…don’t love them. I didn’t expect the spice to be so not normal cinnamony. It was like some other source of spice I couldn’t quite identify. I’m not in love. I won’t rate it though since it’s my own fault.
Flavors: Citrusy, Spicy
