From Bigelow

Chai is a delightful blend of tea and exotic spices. It is often brewed with milk, which gives Chai a wonderful, creamy characteristic. In Bigelow Vanilla Chai we have added the flavor of vanilla, offering you a whole new dimension in Chai.

Ingredients: black tea, spices, natural and artificial flavors (soy lecithin)

A nice cup of tea with its balance spice and sweetness. I will agree that this tea is addictive, because once you have a cup you can’t stop. This reminds me off the lattes that I use to have, but then my doctor requested that I lay off the caffeine. Besides that I think I need another cup of it, LOL.

Complex and sweet. The vanilla blends perfectly with the spices, which never go bitter.

I think this smells like Gingerbread Cookies before steeping. Scent drastically changes while steeping. Dark in color. I like the fact that it’s a tad different than most Chai’s I have had…almost like they put a little more thought into it. The Vanilla really gives it a little extra something…and this is coming from someone who usually doesn’t favor vanilla. I think it’s tasty, indeed!

I don’t particularly like chai but this one is ok on occasion for variety, especially during the holidays

I bought this on a whim but it may just be one of my absolute favorite teas I’ve ever had. The vanilla flavor mixed in with the chai spices works really well here and all of the different components complement each other perfectly, creating a smooth, silky, delicious blend. I also like that it’s not overtly sweet but does have some notes of it coming through in just the right amounts. I adore this tea and will be buying more of it.

It’s not going to be my favourite tea by any stretch but Mom absolutely loves it. I can’t taste much spice from it, maybe I should have put some milk in it..

Single bag pulled from a TTB. Well, I taste the vanilla and a tiny bit of chai spice. The quality of the black tea isn’t amazing, but with milk and sugar, this isn’t a bad cup of tea. I prefer a heartier chai though.

2020 Advent Swap – Day 14

A good bedtime treat, it’s milder than some I’m used to trying, which is a nice change.

I enjoyed this one! I didn’t taste the chai spices – it smelled to me more like sugar cookies. But not fresh-baked sugar cookies. More like the kind you buy pre-packaged. I don’t think that’s a terrible thing though because I would drink this one again. Thanks for sharing, Devon Bartholomew!

One tea bag cam free with something else so I tried it. The taste reminds me why I thought I hated chai. The taste is fake, imitation everything from the vanilla to the spices. Hated it and poured down the drain after a few sips.
