172 Tasting Notes
TTB Review #17: Very floral, kind of like drinking a bouquet of flowers but in a good way! I continue to surprise myself by enjoying very floral teas. Definitely reminds me of walking through a park on a spring day and passing by a giant blooming orchid. I may have unlocked some pleasant memories from my youth with this one.

TTB Review #13: Ugh, definitely not for me. It smells and tastes as if someone had spilled some water, mopped it up with a musty towel, then wrung out the liquid and called it tea. I don’t taste ANY of the rose which is very disappointing considering I made sure to put two buds into my infuser. I hate wasting tea which is the only reason I forced myself to finish this cup. Bleh.
TTB Review #11: Oh wow, this one is very astringent with earthy/woody notes. I very much feel like I’m drinking tree bark. I don’t hate it, but I’m not sure I’d ever choose this again. Certainly a unique taste that was new to me.
Edit: Tobacco! That’s what this reminds me of! I couldn’t think of it at first but this is exactly it – like an ashtray, a liquid cigar.
TTB Review #10:This one was a bit of a wild ride. Upon first smelling the blend and initially pouring the hot water, I was greeted with an almost overpowering sweet aroma that was very true to the name of this tea. It was very much like smelling a piece of fresh, moist blueberry lavender cake. However, after letting it steep for a while and actually taking a sip, the lavender really took the reigns and mostly covered all of the other flavors. It almost tasted medicinal, or what I would imagine it’s like to drink water with lavender essential oils. Then, as I continued drinking, I started to kind of like it? So yeah, bit of a rollercoaster ride here, but would I ride again? Maybe. I do think it would do well to satisfy a sweet craving.

Have you tried Rose Scented by Harney and Sons? Powerful rose!
Rose Congou by Upton used to be super popular but it is sold out right now – restocking in the spring. I guess that means it is still very popular,
I haven’t tried either of those, will add them to my list! Thanks for the recommendations!
Oh, and Minnie Mouse blend by Harney is rose and caramel. I enjoy that one, too, but it is only available in sachets. Free shipping all the time on any dollar amount makes me try more teas than I would if I had to pay shipping g every time a whim hit!
