One of my favorites. Strong and flavorful, especially for a white tea. A little splash of amber agave nectar added while it steeps puts it over the top for me.

This may not be my favorite tea, but boy do I feel especially healthy on this fine Memorial Day. A spot of amber agave takes the edge off a bit.

Every time I have this tea, I enjoy the flavor. For some reason, this morning is especially good. Maybe I squeezed the optimal amount of amber agave nectar, or possible the longer steep time helped as well.
