4 Tasting Notes
This is a good peppermint tea. Very fresh tasting. I am conflicted writing this note because I think that it’s not wowing me right now because it’s winter and I prefer “warmer” flavours for the winter, like vanilla, chocolate…flavours with layers and depth. However I could see this tea being amazing in the summer hot or cold.

Preparation
I really enjoy this tea. I was first taking this with plant milk and sugar but then tried it without the plant milk and maple syrup instead and it’s delicious this way. It is just after Christmas and when I still see it on the shelves I scoop it up so that it lasts me a while before it disappears.
Flavors: Chocolate, Lavender, Mint
Preparation
I quite enjoyed this tea. It was comforting with the anise and vanilla flavours. I didn’t have an upset stomach so I don’t know if it actually works to help with that but being an herbalist I do know the anise and mint would normally be helpful for digestion.
Flavors: Anise, Mint, Vanilla
Preparation
My partner and I loved this tea. When I read other comments about it tasting medicinal or not good, I have to wonder if they are making it too strong. I can see those flavours overtaking the milder flavours if brewed too long or with too much tea or with too hot water. I used about 1/3 of the sample tin and the flavour was really delicious. It did make me sleepy even with that amount.
Flavors: Floral, Lemon, Vanilla
