I have been unable to drink caffeinated products for many years due to it causing migraines and anxiety so have been trying to be an herbal tea drinker. I have been having a hard time finding nice teas over the years and usually give up and fall back on decaf coffee.
Newly vegan, I decided I now also hate plant milk in coffee and hate black coffee! What is a person to do? Back to the herbal teas I go. I don’t know if my taste buds changed because of going vegan but I am loving herbal teas now. Or maybe I just got lucky with what I’ve been choosing of late.
