This Jasmine tea uses fine young buds from the Dai Ba or Big White Trees of Fuding, Fujian China. Pure fresh jasmine flowers are added to the tea and through seven levels of heat processing, the tea is infused with the delicate scent of the night-blooming jasmine flowers. This production process yields a fragrant and refreshing tea that offers a lingering floral note with a sweet after taste. When added to water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing their delicate scent and flavor. While not cheap, this tea is well worth the experience.
