Smooth and full sheng pu-erh, well-balanced with some fruity and some smokey notes. Not very refined or complex but really enjoyable.

This is a pretty solid ripe. Not the most fancy, but it has some nice flavor to it. There is some pleasant bitterness to it, so I think it will age well.

Not my cup of tea, tasteless even with different brewing styles.

i tend to taste slight spices and grassy notes similar to a green

I left it for a year. It is still not pleasant. For me this is what water that has collected in old wood in a cellar would taste like. It didn’t age well. I wouldn’t rate it at all now, maybe 10/100. It is going straight in the trash.

Sitting down a second time with this tea has been very telling. I believe I may have been over-excited at brewing this tea with my new yixing teapot that I didn’t take enough time to calmly analyze it. The overwhelming flavor of this tea was smoke and bitterness. Unfortunately the bitterness masked any other discernable flavors, and lingered a for a while after drinking. The liquor has a mildly smoky aroma which was pleasant, but the was not as enjoyable while drinking. Maybe this tea will improve with age?
