Description

Kamairicha is pan-roasted green tea. Has a complex, rich flavor, setting it apart from most other Japanese teas.This tea is made from Kamairicha.

100% organic finely ground loose Konacha tea. Delicious, economical green tea, typical of the ones served at sushi restaurants.

Konacha is very easy and quick to prepare, making it especially useful for gatherings where a large number of guests need to be served quickly.

Grown, harvested and processed by traditional farmers in lush green highlands of Kyushu island in Southern Japan.

Contains no additives or preservatives.

Brew temp ……… Near boiling water. About 95 °C (200 °F)
Brew time ………. About 1 minute or less

JAS Certified Organic.This tea is certified as organic by the government of Japan. As of April 1, 2001, all plant-based organic products produced in Japan must be compliant with Japan’s Agricultural Standards (JAS), as established by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry & Fisheries. The compliance process includes a rigorous application process as well as regular on-site inspections. Once compliant, such products are authorized to be affixed with the official “JAS” seal to allow consumers to easily recognize the product as organic.
