This thick and full bodied brew is smooth, earthy and somewhat savory with a slick sort of citrusy sweetness to the top notes before settling into a deeply soothing and semi-medicinal tasting (in a pleasant way) finish of bitter orange, almost like Aperol. So nice on the throat, with a fantastic huigan. I’ve been loving coming back to it cup after cup throughout the afternoon!
