Description

The taste of this unique Gyokuro will wash over your palate like a wave gently ebbing along the shores of Japan. Initial flavours of bitter greens settle into smooth seaweed notes, followed by an almost shiso and fruity aftertaste. This shade-grown tea is so delicate – we recommend brewing this with warm water so as not to scorch them. Cold brewing is also recommended for a sweeter, greener and brighter brew.
