Blueberries are terrifically healthy, full of anti-oxidants and vitamins. This fruit tisane steeps to a nice dark purple infusion with a tremendously fruity taste derived from Canadian blueberries, apples, hibiscus, orange peel and rose hip. A real winner as an iced tea as well.
Use 1tsp/2g per cup, add boiling water, steep for 5-8 minutes.
