Traditional ‘tea’ from Latin America. It is said that Mate is a natural hunger and thirst suppressor. Blended with refreshing citrus flavours and orange peel. Mate is said to be an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Also a great booster of energy and immune system.
Tip: Use 1tsp per 6oz cup; heat fresh water to a boil; let steep 3-5 minutes.
