This house blend combines a 2008 cooked pu-erh with Chinese green tea and raspberries. Rich and fruity with a full body.
Steeping instructions: use one heaping teaspoon/8 oz of water at 212 F for 3-4 minutes. For iced tea, use one heaping teaspoon/8 oz of cold water and let steep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
