A spicy taste with a mild hint of fruit blossoms, Snow Bud white tea is composed of only the newest leaves and buds, carefully gathered and dried in the early days of spring. Snow Bud is one of the rarest of the white teas. In the Fujian province of China, the leaves and buds are generally the first of the new crop to be harvested in early April. It has a distinctive but subtle, delicate taste. A beautifully light white tea with a clean aroma.

How to prepare: Use 1.5tsp of tea for 250ml (8oz) of water. Heat water to 82°C (180°F). Steep tea for 3 minutes.
