Aging is the best what we love here at the Pu-erh category! Released recently from its original large Tuocha state, this 10 year aged Pu-erh hails from the Hani Tribe in Southern Yunnan (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hani_people), foraged from old trees at 1800 meters or higher. Unbelievably smooth, and even for its age, we have never tasted one as silky and sweet, clean edged, and completely formidable in its palate complexity. We are quite bowled over, and only have a few lbs to share with our tea community.
